Under the boardwalk - original image
Thought you might be interested in seeing the original of yesterday`s image. Well, almost original, because I increased the saturation a little and deepened the shadows. I still was not happy with the `bleached` wood, so I decided to see what it looked like in negative. Yesterday`s image was the rather unexpected result. Taken on Wednesday morning at Keyhaven. It was the `squiggly` reflections through the gaps in this pontoon, which caught my eye. (:o)

I'm glad you saturated the colours, the blue and green go well.
This works a lot better I thought. Very nice.
Those squigglies are the great fun of this image, Roz.
Ah, now I see, much prefer this one, like the way the longer focal length has 'flattened' things out.
I prefer this one Roz. There is more depth in it.
this one is better than yesterdays if you ask me...
Have a great weekend!
Hard to say which I like best. This one is more recognisable, of course.
Seeing this one I can say that the work on the previous is awesome ! Bravo !!
I agree with Ginnie the squigglies are what makes this shot
Nice shot both ways Roz
This has got a real David Hockney feel to it ... I like it. richard
A third version would make a great tryptich. And this from the man who is not keen on abstracts
This is really nice. I love the strong colors playing off each other here.
Good eye - I like this idea. Great colour combo - I see your point with the "bleached wood"...
I like this one the best
Cool shots Rose. Love the composition here...The experiments make it even more interesting.
Wonderful color, Roz! Very nice reflection. Well balanced image.
Exprimer tant de choses avec tant de simplicité ... je suis sous le charme ...
Likey
Roz this is beautiful in colour.
I prefer this version - the color combo is very pleasing. Those squiggles of light really make the image.
Here's another 'shot from nothing'.
You've made another very good, well-balanced abstract image here Roz.
Wow - the saturation of color, the delightful clarity and crispness of it all - just beautiful.
Roz - I LOVE the water in this one. The blues and the greens. Great!
I like the turquoise dot - sets off the image a treat ;o)
Great shot Roz. The extraordinary found in the mundane; the secret of great photography.
Lovely sharpness.
Very nice shot!
