These flowers are just beautiful - the colors are amazing and I love your composition.
Rosalyn Sears: Thank you, Beth. They are fun to experiment with. (:o)

Coooooooooool!!
Rosalyn Sears: lol! Thanks, Ray. (:o)
Another cracker Ros. I shall look at garden centres in a new light from now on
Rosalyn Sears: As I said, I am trying not to post bog standard flower pics, so it makes me look at things that will lend themselves to a bit of manipulation. (:o)

Intriguing artistry Ros
Rosalyn Sears: Thanks, Chris. Courtesy of Fractalius. (:o)
Make big prints and sell them at the garden centre Ros.
Rosalyn Sears: I`d love to, Michael, but getting nice quality prints done at a price that allows a little bit of margin for profit is proving difficult. Also, I am not at all confident about how these colours will reproduce, but I guess I could trial a few of them. Thanks for tyhe encouragement. (:o)
Very gorgeous!
Rosalyn Sears: Well, in that case I am very pleased. (:o)
It feels as if I could dive into this fantastic world of colour.
Rosalyn Sears: I know what you mean, Chad. This close-up really seems inviting. (:o)
This is really superb Roz!
Rosalyn Sears: Thank you, Richard. Very easy to do, but so satisfying. (:o)
This has inspired me for a future painting. I love it!
Rosalyn Sears: Mary, I am so pleased. Do let us see it, when you get round to it. I do envy you, I have lots of ideas, but I don`t have the necessary skills. (:o)
This looks like a beautiful piece of cotton fabric. Mmmm, I'd like something made with that.
Rosalyn Sears: It would certainly be fun to try to print this on fabric. I have a niece who is a whiz at that kind of thing...maybe I will see what she thinks. (:o)

I like the colours and lines
Rosalyn Sears: I must admit, I love the flowing lines in this one, too. (:o)
Love the colours and the fluidity of this one, Rosalyn. Excellent!
Rosalyn Sears: Thank you, Beverly. This close-up seemed to work particularly well. I`m tempted to go and take some more close-ups this week. We had our first frost last night, and the canna lillies will soon start to go over. (:o)

You're getting good at these, Roz. You could open an art gallery gallery in Burley and flog 'em to the tourists!
Rosalyn Sears: You are very kind and encouraging, Alan. As I said to Michael, getting good prints at the right price. I need to look into it a lot more. (:o)
Beautiful - a human designer could not have done anything close to this!
Rosalyn Sears: No doubt in my mind that Nature is the supreme designer. (:o) Glad you like it, Tom. (:o)
My garden centre series from last year is looking somewhat humble against these images Rosalyn, they are very good indeed.
Rosalyn Sears: Not at all, Brian. It all depends on where you are coming from. I am trying not to post bog standard flower shots so often, so I`ve been looking for images which lend themselves to this kind of manipulation. Having said that, my last image in this series is straight from camera....I couldn`t fault Nature`s perfect work. (:o)
I also think you could sell these Rosalyn, they would look really good on an interior wall smile
Rosalyn Sears: Linda, I do so appreciate your encouragement. Thank you so much. I am giving it some serious thought. (:o)

Looks like you should go into fabric design! Lovely subtle colour combinations.
Rosalyn Sears: The patterns would certainly look nice on fabric. Maybe I should ring Hermes and ask if they are running out of ideas for headscarves. lol! (:o)
Gorgeous abstract Ros
Rosalyn Sears: Thank you, Pamela, and so simple to do. (:o)
Absolutely stunning, Ros... this is a very successful vein of creativity that you're mining, and I hope that you'll continue to explore. I can assure you that these colors - uh, colours - can be reproduced exactly and SHOULD be printed LARGE! YUM
Rosalyn Sears: I really is a direction I am enjoying. As I said in my previous reply, I had the chance to take another load of images of exotic foliage at the Eden Project in Cornwall, so I`m feeling pretty inspired. (:o) http://www.edenproject.com/
very nice shape and beautiful colors!!!
