Going to the zoo....again! (17)

Dad, on the other hand, is very laid back.  It may be because he has his own quarters. (:o)

If Dad was any more relaxed he might get mistaken for a Leopard skin rug!
Rosalyn Sears: He was beautifully `draped` over the tree. (:o)
A likey !!
Difficult to imagine it was in a zoo !! Are you still alive ?
Rosalyn Sears: I`m so happy that you like this so much. He did set himself up rather well for my camera, didn`t he. This series is ending tomorrow with my favorite shot. Hope you have time to take a look. (:o)
awesome capture of this moment
Rosalyn Sears: Thank you, Chantal. I am so glad you like it. He did rather set himself up rather well for my camera. (:o)
I agree with Zeb about the location. Superb capture Roz!
Rosalyn Sears: The enclosure is very nicely laid out and if the leopard happens to be in the right spot, it can look really natural. Even so, this one was taken through thick plate glass. (:o)

Wonderful capture
Rosalyn Sears: Thanks, zed. (:o)
He looks so benign! You wish you could give him a hug!! (Love cats of all sizes!!)
Rosalyn Sears: I am always fascinated that the body language is the same in big cats as in my moggies at home. These are such stunning creatures, though, and they are a joy to see. Last one of the series tomorrow, so if you have time do please take a look. It is my personal favorite, and I was really pleased with it. (:o)

Rosalyn Sears: He does look very benign....but I wouldn`t like to put him to the test. lol! If you have time, take a look at tomorrow`s image. It is the last one in the series, and I am really chuffed with it. (:o)

Hind quarters and front quarters all of his own. Excellent picture.
Rosalyn Sears: Glad you like it, Louis. Last one tomorrow - my personal favorite. (:o)
We have a zoo at Emmen (The Netherlands) I made and going to make this summer a lot of pictures there. This picture you made looks great! Thanks
Rosalyn Sears: Glad you like the photograph. I shall look forward to seeing a series from your local zoo. (:o)
Looks like he's resting after a busy day posing for the photographerssmile
Rosalyn Sears: He looked extremely contented on this visit. On other visits he has seemed agitated and spent much of the time pacing.
Wow, very nice capture. You camera does pretty well on ISO1600.
Rosalyn Sears: To be honest, Paul, I find that it is just too complicated to try to work out settings when I`m photographing through heavy glass, chain fencing, and with the sun bobbing in and out of the clouds. I simply leave it on non-flash auto, and I was really pleased with the results that day. It certainly is a very forgiving camera. (:o)

Absolutely beautiful, Roz. He looks at peace with his lot.
Rosalyn Sears: He did look very relaxed on this day, but I have seen him looking much more agitated. Last one tomorrow, and I think I have saved the best one for the grand finale. lol! (:o)
Yes, I can see why you like this one. He's a very cool dude.
Rosalyn Sears: All three are amazing, Ian. Grand finale tomorrow, and I think I have managed to keep the best one for last. (:o)

Oh my, he looks so comfy
I'm really impressed with the shots you have managed to get, especially as the cats usually hide.

You've certainly got some great leopard shots Roz. I like this one - he looks really chilled.
